All rentals are located in the Bonsall School District.

All homes are strictly none smoking homes/property, no exceptions. Pets upon approval in some homes. Security Deposit required $2500. Additional pet deposit may apply.

All Rental homes include sewer, property mntc, irrigation water.  Tenants responsible for Power, Internet, TV, Trash & Household Water surcharge.  All homes have private fenced yard areas which are tenants responsibility to maintain, private parking areas and larger common areas.  Openings coming up in the near future.
